These are the terms for buying and using My Cat Joined a Flat-Earth Group, sold by Lauren Fernandez, doing business as Phantastic Physics ("we," "us"). Buying the guide means you agree to them.
A digital product: one 37-page PDF, delivered online through your download page and by email. Nothing physical ships.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read and print the guide for your own household, or for your own classroom if you teach. You may not resell, share the file, or redistribute it.
The price is shown at checkout in US dollars and charged once. Nothing here is a subscription.
If the guide isn't funny or isn't clear, reply to your receipt email within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund the whole order. A refund ends your license to the guide.
The guide is science education with jokes in it. The cat and its group are fictional. The physics is real and every claim cites a source, but the home tests are things you do at your own risk: look at the Sun only with proper solar viewers, and supervise kids. The guide is not professional advice of any kind.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to a purchase is capped at the amount you paid us.
The guide, its drawings, the game, the cards, and the Phantastic Physics brand belong to us. The license above is what you get.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
